What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Credit cards (through PayPal), Money orders or cashier's checks, and Personal Checks (US banks only) Checks must clear before item is shipped. PayPal or Credit Card payment through PayPal is the most secure and fastest payment method.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping will be shown on your invoice at checkout. The following are our shipping rates to the United States and Canada. If you live in other locations, please contact us by email so that we can provide shipping costs to your location. SHIPPING TO ALL UNITED STATES ADDRESSES, PUERTO RICO & APO LOCATIONS: 1-4 cards: $1.50, 5-6 cards: $2.00, 7-8 cards: $2.50, 9-10 cards: $3.00, Over 10 cards: please email us for special discounted rates SHIPPING TO CANADA: 1-4 cards: $2.50, 5-6 cards: $3.00, 7-8 cards: $3.50, 9-10 cards: $4.00, Over 10 cards: please email us for special discounted rates. Insurance is provided at no additional cost for individual items that sell for $35 or more. If you wish to purchase insurance for orders that include items that are less than $35 each, please email us so that we can make special arrangements.
Is shipping reduced if I purchase more than one item?
Shipping is reduced for multiple items purchased on the same day and paid for with one combined payment. Our shipping charges are described in detail on our Terms page as well as here in our FAQ. If you want to purchase more than 10 items on the same day, please email us so that you can receive a special shipping discount.
When will you ship the item I have purchased?
We ship items within 2 business days after receipt of your payment. If you pay with personal check, we will wait 5 business days for your check to clear before we ship your item. We will email you as soon as we ship your item so that you know it is on its way.
How are your items packaged and shipped?
We ship all our cards in bubble-wrapped envelopes. Shipments within the United States are shipped First Class through the US Postal Service. International shipments are shipped through the US Postal Service at Airmail Letter Post rate. If you would prefer other shipping options, please contact us by email to discuss options and costs.
Do you accept Self Addressed Stamped Envelopes?
We do not accept Self Addressed Stamped Envelopes. We pride ourselves on the secure packaging and shipping of our items, so we want to use our own mailing products to continue in that tradition.
Can I purchase shipping insurance?
All items that have a purchase price of $35 or more are shipped US Postal Service and insured. If you wish to purchase insurance for an item under $35 in value, please contact us by email so that we can make special arrangements.
Do you sell on eBay or anywhere else online?
We are long-time eBay sellers and more recently have begun selling on the Yahoo auction site. Our user name on both eBay and Yahoo is togcards. Please check our feedback on both sites.
